Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

UK Shipping

We offer FREE standard UK shipping on orders over £50

For orders below this amount, shipping rates will be as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 days) - £3.65

International Shipping

We offer FREE standard International shipping on orders over £50

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout:

Ireland & Europe:

Royal Mail International Standard - £6.60

USA & Canada:

Royal Mail International Standard - £12.20

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nadia and Pearl cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may request photographs of any damaged items or packaging to help us investigate the issue with the courier.
