Returns & Warranty Policy

At Nadia and Pearl, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include any tags, pouches, or accompanying materials received with your order

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Faulty clasps or fastenings
  • Broken chains resulting from a manufacturing fault
  • Loose stones due to defects in craftsmanship
  • Other issues determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tarnishing due to exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or improper care
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised repairs
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Scratches, dents, or breakage resulting from everyday use

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, please contact us at hello@nadiaandpearl.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Jewellery Care

To keep your Nadia and Pearl pieces looking their best, we recommend:

  • Removing jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
  • Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
  • Storing pieces individually in a cool, dry place when not in use
  • Gently polishing with a soft, dry cloth when needed

With proper care, your jewellery will remain a treasured part of your collection for years to come.
